Childwelfare Officers
Player Welfare Is Our Priority!
At Fairlands Youth FC, we make sure that player welfare is the top of our list of priority. For our upcoming season we will have two Child Welfare Officers in our club.
They will work together to get to know all of our players, parents and coaches. All of our coaches are FA DBS checked, safeguarding trained and EE PlayMaker or FA Level 1 qualified. Feel free to get in touch with them if you need them. There are usually around at training sessions and some matches.
Getting To Know Our Two CWO's.
Lesley Douglas - Senior Club CWO
Lesley is one of our officials in the club who has been part of the Fairlands family for quite some time now. She took on the role as club CWO last season. Lesley is passionate about football and also has a hand in coaching our current under 13s.
Jasmine Hilfer - Club CWO
Jasmine joined as our second club CWO this season. She has a son in the under 12s and under 7s. Jasmine has a vast background in childcare. Her family are very sport orientated, so has been part of the football game for a while now.
